About Updraft
Updraft is a training and recovery app for iPhone. It works from the data already in Apple Health (rides and runs from bike computers, smart trainers, and Apple Watch) and turns it into a clear daily picture: how recovered you are, what each workout did, and whether your fitness is improving.
- Daily Readiness: a 0–100 score each morning from sleep, HRV, heart rate, and training load, measured against your own baselines.
- Workout analytics: every ride and run analyzed on sync, with zones, training load, and a plain-language read on the session.
- Long-term trends: Fitness, Form, and training balance over months.
- Cycling power: power profile, rider type, Critical Power, and personal records.
- Widgets, goals, and sharing: Readiness, Form, and Fitness on the home screen, weekly-to-yearly goals, and share posters for any workout.
- Works with Intervals.icu: workouts import into Apple Health automatically, free for everyone.

About the developer
Updraft is built by one person: a cyclist and former design engineer who trains seriously and wanted a training app that sits between simple workout trackers and pro-level coaching platforms.
The result is an app designed around how serious amateurs think about endurance training and recovery. It's sophisticated enough to guide real training decisions, and clear enough to read at a glance each morning.
